Cancellation Guidelines (Virtual Live Events Only)

For any live online event hosted by WebinarWaves, cancellations will be honoured only if the request is submitted at least 72 hours before the webinar’s scheduled start time. We do not process any cancellations made within 48 hours of the session. If your cancellation qualifies, a $30 administrative fee will be deducted before processing your refund.
Please notify us as early as possible if you’re unable to attend a registered event.

Substitution Policy (Virtual Live Events Only)

In place of cancelling, WebinarWaves allows participants to make a substitution either by:

• Replacing the current attendee with someone else.
• Switching to a different webinar session of equivalent value.

There is no charge for substitutions, but requests must be made in advance to ensure a smooth transition.

Substitutions or cancellations are not applicable under the following circumstances:

• If the participant fails to attend the scheduled session.
• If access emails are not received due to spam filters, blocked domains, or user error.
• For any on-demand or previously recorded webinars, no refunds or substitutions will be processed.

Refund Policy

• If WebinarWaves must cancel an event due to technical issues, participants will receive a full refund.
• Refunds are not issued if login instructions were not received but the user did not contact customer support at least 24 hours in advance. Contact us via cs@webinarwaves.com for support.

Refunds for Digital Downloads (Including Transcripts)

All digital content sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
