Description

This course was designed to assist new supervisors as well as seasoned supervisors with the tools to be successful in their supervisory roles. After seeing the frustrations of many new supervisors that have been thrust into their new roles without any training, I wanted to offer guidance to support their success. If you have been promoted to a supervisory role, you know that going from peer to supervisor can be extremely challenging. Often, there is not much guidance on what to expect, what to do, and how to adjust your mindset.

This session will give you an overview of the basics so that you can jump in without as many questions, surprises, and frustrations. Great leadership skills don’t just show up with a job title. A talented employee that has been promoted to a team lead, supervisor, or manager position deserves to be given the proper tools to be successful in their new leadership role. START involves the understanding of SwOt Analysis, Training, Action, Reinforcement, and Trust. Avoid setting yourself or your leadership team up for failure and offer meaningful training opportunities as an investment tool for them and for your business. Attend this training, and you will learn to transition into your new supervisor role as painlessly as possible and lead your team to succeed with confidence. You should attend this training to grow your current leadership skills and discover how to work towards continued success for yourself, your team, and your organization.

This course will help you to advance your current supervisory success, boost your chances to meet your future goals and aspirations and inspire your team to follow your lead. If developing your supervisory skills isn’t addressed by you or your organization, there is a risk of an individual, team, department, or organizational failure by not reaching the full potential of everyone. In this resource-loaded, fast-paced, and relatable course, you will be offered tools, tips, and techniques to use to successfully lead your team.
